Ingredients ( 2 )

  • 1/2 chicken
  • Ingredient that need to be blended:-
  • 1 inch turmeric
  • 2 lemon grass
  • 10 red chile
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Belacan
  • 1 inch galangal
  • For decoration :-
  • 4 Kaffir lime leaf
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • salt and sugar
  • 1 asam keping (dried slices of a really sour fruit)

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken and rub it with salt.
  2. Fry the chicken for a few minutes. (make sure that it not fully fried yet)
  3. Fry the blended ingredients in the frying pan.
  4. Add in chicken, asam keping, kaffir lime leaf, onion, salt, sugar and a little water into the frying pan.
  5. Fry it until the chicken is fully fried.
