A delicious combination of onion Pork and BBQ sauce in the crock pot.

Ingredients ( 2-3 )

  • 2-3 Pork loins or chops
  • 1 ½ Lg Onions
  • 2 Cups BBQ Sauce
  • ½ Tbs Franks Red Hot
  • 1 Tsp Crushed Pepper
  • 2 Cups water

Directions

  1. Set up your crock pot, and ingredients. Take your 1 ½ onions and peel them keeping them whole. Cut of the ends, and then slice so you have full circular pieces.
  2. Place half the circular onion slices on the bottom of your crock pot covering it entirely.
  3. Take your 2-3 Pork loins or chops and lay them on top of the onions.
  4. In a large mixing bowl add 2 cups of BBQ sauce, your desired amount of pepper, 1 Tsp crushed pepper, ½ Tbs Franks Red Hot and 2 cups of water. Mix together well.
  5. Pour just a little of the mix onto the pork so there is a thin layer of sauce covering all meat.
  6. Take what is left of your circular onion slices and place them on top of the pork.
  7. Then pour the rest of your sauce mixture into the crock pot evenly over then entire contents.
  8. Place the lid on setting it for 11 hours on LOW.
  9. For 1-5 hours place on HIGH.
  10. For 5-10 hours place on LOW.
  11. Once meal is done serve on a bed of white rice. And enjoy!
