a friend from work gave me this recipe and it is awsome. chicken comes out so tender, and there is lots of juicy sauce for over rice.

Ingredients ( 6 )
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- preheat oven to 425
- pour one can of mushroom soup on the pan making sure to coat evenly
- place chicken on bottom of pan making sure not to over lap pieces for a more even cook.
- cover chicken with a can of mushroom soup. make sure it is completely covered. you may need to add a second can to achieve this.
- sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
- place in pre-heated oven for 1 hour turning every 15 minutes for a more tender chicken.
- serve over a bed of rice and enjoy.
