a delicious banana cheesecake with a chocolate swirl. So good, a recipe i came up with, while only having a few ingredients!

Ingredients ( 10-12 )

  • 24 oreo cookies crushed
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ripe mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 hershey milk chocolate bars

Directions

  1. melt 2 tbsp butter and mix with the crushed oreos bake in oven at 350 for about 6 min.
  2. beat together the cream cheese, sugar, banana, eggs, vanilla, and 1tbsp butter until smooth.
  3. pour cream cheese mixture over oreo cookie crust.
  4. melt hershey bars in microwave and drizzle over top of cream cheese mixture then swirl chocolate into the mixture with a butter knife.
  5. bake for 35-40 min at 350 degrees. cool about an hour and serve.
