Ingredients ( 50 )
- 120g flour
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 70g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 70g butter (room temperature)
Directions
- Beat the butter until creamy
- Add the brown sugar and beat until fluffy
- Add the honey and mix well
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder then add into the mixture. Mix until blended
- Place the oven paper on the oven plate. Form the dough into small balls(diameter about 2cm) and place it on the oven paper, 3cm apart.
- Put the plastic wrap on the dough and to flatten the dough, press with the bottom of the glass
- Bake at 170 degree for about 10-12 minutes
