Let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Knead again. Let rise again. Flour board generously with 1/2 to one cup more flour. Form into loaves and place in greased pans (pan spray or crisco, not oil). Let rise again until double in bulk. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 4 loaves. I brush the tops with a little butter while they are still warm.
