Ingredients ( 6 )

  • 3 pounds Papa Felico™ Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
  • Olive oil
  • 1 ½ cup mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, julienne
  • 1 green pepper, julienne
  • 1 pound diced tomatoes, not drained
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Dominic’s of New York® Steak Seasoning

Directions

  1. *Compliment with Rice or Pasta
  2. Grill chicken; remove. Sauté mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and garlic. Combine chicken, mushroom mixture diced tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning in a pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer. Serve with pasta or rice.
