Ingredients ( 6-8 )

  • 1 c. crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 16 oz. can of creamed corn
  • aprox. 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese grated.
  • aprox. 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • butter to grease the pan.

Directions

  1. Combine crackers, milk and corn.
  2. spread an even layer of the corn mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. add a layer of both cheeses, and continue to layer until the mixture making the final layer cheese.
  4. cover dish with foil. bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. remove foil, and continue baking for another 1/2 hour.
