Ingredients ( 4 )
- 1 package of Hot or Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 green pepper cut into strips
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 lb. tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 cup pearl onions
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook sausage, peppers and zucchini in butter until vegetables are tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Add tomatoes, pearl onions and savory; simmer covered, 25-30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Server over rice or pasta.
