A healthy combination! Wild rice, ground turkey and stuffing...all rolled together! YUMMO!

Ingredients ( 3-4 )
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup wild rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 cups stove top stuffing
- cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or dry stuffing mix
Directions

Cook wild rice

Mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, half of the wild rice, salt and pepper as though you are making meatloaf.

Flatten turkey meatloaf mixture across a cutting board or other flat surface

Make instant stuffing. Add leftover wild rice to stuffing.

Spread stuffing over flattened turkey mixture.

spread some of the mushroom soup over stuffing.

Begin to roll the turkey (like a jelly roll). You may need more than one person for this part...it is messy!

Place roll in a baking dish sprayed with pam

Pour remaining mushroom soup over the roll.

bake at 450 Degrees for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
