Ingredients ( 12 sticks )

  • 300g high-protein flour
  • 175g fresh milk
  • 60g honey
  • 3g salt
  • 50g butter
  • 3g dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine
  2. When the bread machine has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 2 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 15 minutes
  4. For each portion, roll to 20x25cm size long cylinder. For each rolled dough sliced it into 6 portions
  5. Let rise until 1.5 times in size
  6. Bake at 170 degree about 20 minutes.
