Fried instant noodles use maggi curry flavours (Maggi noodles is a brand of instant noodles made by Nestle).

Ingredients ( 4 )
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 packs curry flavours maggi (instant noodles)
- 2 packs of sachet of curry flavours (included with the noodles)
- 3-4 yard long bean (about 3-4 cm long)
- 1/2 carrot (sliced)
- 2 cups water
- Cooking oil for frying
- For garnishing:-
- Spring onion
- fried shallots
- Red chile (sliced)
Directions
- Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan and add the egg. Make scrambled egg and keep aside.
- Slice garlic and fry it until fragrant.
- Dissolve the sachet of curry flavours with water and add into the fry pan. Fry until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and mix for a while then add in water. Boil it.
- Add in the maggi noodles and mix well until blended. If the water is still not enough to stir the noodles please add the water.
- Finally, add the scrambled egg and mix well until blended.
- Garnish with spring onion, fried shallots and red chile before serve.
