Ingredients ( 18 pcs )

  • Pastry:-
  • 70g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 110g flour
  • 15g almond powder
  • Vanilla essence
  • Filling:-
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 100g yogurt - Thicken to 50g
  • 40g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 50ml fresh cream

Directions

  1. How to make the pastry:- Add butter into a bowl and stir until soft or creamy.
  2. Add sugar and beat until become white
  3. Add egg yolk and mix well until blended. Add vanilla essence and mix again
  4. Combine the flour and almond powder and sift it
  5. Gradually add the mixture of flour and almond powder into the bowl from step 3 and mix it.
  6. Knead into ball shape. Chilled in a refrigerator about 2 hours before use
  7. Pastry Roll the dough into about 3-4 mm thick. Cut with the cutter (diameter=6cm). Keep in refrigerator while prepare the filling.
  8. How to make the filling:- Add the yogurt, cream cheese and sugar into a bowl and mix well until blended. Then gradually add the egg and mix it.
  9. Gradually add the fresh cream and mix it.
  10. Sift in the flour and corn starch into the bowl and mix well until blended.
  11. Pastry2 Rub the muffin cup with the butter and sprinkle the flour on the surface of it. Place the pastry into the muffin cup as shown in the picture.
  12. Cheesetart1 Fill in the prepared fillings. Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 degree.
  13. Cheesetart2 Wrap nicely and make it as a gift.
