Ingredients ( Serves 2-4 )
- 1 chicken bullion cube
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1/2 C. Water
- 2-3 Onions, sliced
- 1 T. Flour
- 1/4 t. Salt
- Dash Pepper
- 3/4 C. Water
- 1 lb. Carrots, sliced
- Pinch Sugar
Directions

Cook carrots in 1/2 C. water adn bullion cube for 10 minutes

Melt butter and cook onions in butter for 15 minutes

Add flour, salt, pepper and 3/4 C. water; bring to a boil

Add carrots in their liquid to onion mixture
-
Simmer 10 minutes uncovered

Add a pinch of sugar
