Directions

1. Beat butter together with sugar until fluffy
2. Divide yellow eggs and white eggs
3. Beat white eggs until fluffy then add into the fluffy butter
4. Sift flour, soda bicarbonate and baking powder then add into the mixture
5. Add mashed banana and vanilla essence
6. Mix lemon juice and fresh cream then add into the mixture
7. Finally, add yellow eggs then mix well
8. Pour the cake mixture into a greased loaf tin.
9. Bake at 160 degree for 35-40 minutes
