Directions

1. Dissolve 2 tablespoons instant coffee in hot water and put aside
2. In a bowl beat the butter until creamy
3. In separate bowl add sugar and brown sugar and mix well
4. Gradually add the mixture of sugar and brown sugar into the creamy butter and beat until fluffy
5. Gradually add the egg and beat again
6. Add dissolved instant coffee and mix well
7. In another separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder then add in the remaining 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Mix well until blended
8. Gradually add the mixture of flour,baking powder and instant coffee into the mixture of butter and etc. then mix well until blended
9. Drop the dough on the oven plate. Before that don`t forget to put oven paper on the oven plate. Sprinkle a little instant coffee on each dough
10. Bake at 180 degree for about 15-20 minutes
11. Wrap with nice wrapper and give to your friends as souvenier
