Ingredients ( 6 )
- 1 lb ground beef - browned
- 1 c chopped onions
- 1 c raw potatoes (cubed)
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1/4 t basil
- 5 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/4 c barley
- 2 1/2 c stewed tomatoes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large pan. Simmer one hours until vegies are tender. Do not stir too much as it cooks.
