Ingredients ( 2 glasses )

  • 10-15 dates (remove the seeds)
  • Water
  • 1 litre fresh milk

Directions

  1. Boil dates with small heat until it become like puree.
  2. Combine the boiled dates and fresh milk and blend it with a mixer.
  3. Ready to serve with or without iced cube.
