A hotdog bread recipe by bread machine

Ingredients ( 6 loaves )
- 160ml water
- 250g white bread flour
- 14g sugar
- 4g salt
- 8g shortening
- 2.4g dry yeast
- 16g skim milk powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine
- When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
- Divide the dough into 6 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 15 minutes

For each portion, form long cylinder as in the picture
- Let rise until doubled in size, about 50 minutes at 30 degree
- Bake at 180 degree about 10-12 minutes. If you want the surface to be more brown, leave it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes after baked

I would like to try this recipe but I am coming up with different amounts when converting to US recipes. Is there anyway to get this recipe in US measurements. Thnak You
