Directions

1. Cream the butter until fluffy
2. Gradually add the sugar and beat until it become white
3. Gradually add the egg and mix well
4. Add vanilla essence and continue mixing
5. Add in the flour and cashew nuts and mix well
6. Remove half of the dough from the bowl onto oven paper as in the picture
7. Wrap the dough as in the picture (in square). Repeat the same process for the other half
8. Freeze in the freezer for about 1 hour
9. Take out from the freezer and sliced into 1 cm length. Baked at 180 degree for about 15 to 20 minutes.
