Ingredients ( Serves about 15-20 )

  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg buttermilk ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 oz grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1- 6 oz pkg thin slice turkey lunch meat
  • 4-6 slices bacon, criply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2 green onions finely chopped

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine cream cheese, sou cream, mayo, and dressing mix.
  2. On a serving plate, shape cream cheese mixture into a 10 inch circle.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with grated monterey jack, finely chopped turkey, and bacon.
  5. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and green onions.
  6. Chill several hours or cream cheese mixture can be prepared the night before and chilled over night.
  7. Serve with crackers
