Ingredients ( 6 )

  • 140ml palm sugar syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 360ml fresh milk
  • Butter
  • Palm sugar syrup for garnishing
  • -------------------------------------------------
  • For palm sugar syrup:-
  • - 150g palm sugar
  • - 200ml or 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Prepare palm sugar syrup:- Mix palm sugar with the water and cook until palm sugar is dissolved. Keep aside.
  2. Cook fresh milk with small heat until the temperature reach human temperature. Remove from heat and add palm sugar syrup. Then mix well until blended.
  3. In another bowl, slowly beat the egg (Be careful not to make bubble).
  4. Filter the mixture of fresh milk from step 2 and add into the beaten egg. Mix well until blended.
  5. Rub the pudding cup with the butter. Pour the mixture into the cup and place on the oven plate. Put the warm water into the plate (double boiler).
  6. Bake in the oven at 160 degree for about 30-35 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool down for a while before put it into a refrigerator.
  8. Before serve, pour the palm sugar syrup on the top of the pudding.
