A chocolate chip cookie recipe for christmas

Ingredients ( 100 pcs )
- 450g flour
- 1 egg
- 250g butter
- 115g sugar
- 110g brown sugar
- 100g chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 250g cashew nuts (baked and sliced)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Beat butter and sugar till fluffy
- Add in egg and beat again
- Gradually add flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix well
- Add cashew nuts and continue mixing
- Roll into small balls and press each of it with folk
- Bake at 160 degree for 15 minutes
