Roll them out into 12cm circles then let rise till doubles
Dip finger into olive oil then using fingertips, make'dimple' indentations in the dough. Brush surface with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt and put black olives and rosemarry on the dough
Bake at 180 degree about 12 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes and ready to serve. Eat directly or make sandwich as in the photo
