Ingredients ( 12 )

  • 200ml water
  • 300g bread flour
  • 14g sugar
  • 3g salt
  • 16g shortening
  • 3g dry yeast
  • 6g skim milk
  • For fillings (Can be changed with your favourite ingredients)
  • Wulnut
  • Raisin
  • Sausage
  • Cheese
  • Chocolate
  • Plum

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 12 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 10 minutes
  4. Flowerbread1 For each dough, roll and slice into few sections as in the picture. For each section, put different fillings such as chocolate, raisin, plum and etc.
  5. Flowerbread2 Circle each section of the dough as in the picture. Place each section in the order so that it will be in flower form. Repeat this same process for other dough.
  6. Let rise until doubled in size then rub the surface of the dough with the egg. Bake at 180 degree for about 12 minutes
  7. Flowerbread3 Leave it in the oven for 5-10 minutes to make the bread more brown.
