Ingredients ( 2 )
- 2 pears
- 10 cl dessert wine
- a few sprigs of thyme
- 1 tsp goat cheese
Directions
- simmer dessert wine and sprigs of thyme until volume has been halved, over medium heat.
- Add pears and goat cheese. Continue stirring until goat cheese has melted.
