Cocoa cookie for crust of the cheesecake size 18cm

Ingredients ( 18cm )

  • 70g flour
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 40g sugar
  • 50g butter or shortening
  • 10-20ml fresh milk or water (to adjust the hardness of the crust)

Directions

  1. Cocoacookie1 Add all ingredients into a plastic bag. Press firmly and make sure it well blended
  2. Cocoacookie2 Roll into 5mm thick
  3. Cocoacookie3 Place on the oven plate and open the plastic bag. Then, slowly take out the plastic bag from the bottom. If the dough stick to the plastic bag and difficult to remove it, freeze it in a refrigerator for a while.
  4. Cocoacookie4 Slice the surface of the dough as in the picture
  5. Bake in the oven at 180ºC for about 12 minutes. Let cool for a while.
  6. Place it on the springform pan and press it with the back of the glass (to break the dough)
