Directions

1. Brown the beef and drain it.
2. Add meat back to pan and add taco seasoning packet along with 3/4 cup water.
3. Cook until thickened; 1-2 minutes.
4. Spray a 13x9 glass dish with cooking spray and lay down 2 tortillas on the bottom.
5. Layer the ground beef on top, then about 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese. Layer in that order: tortillas, beef, cheese, tortillas, beef, cheese, tortillas, beef, cheese, tortillas, cheese, Velveeta
6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly on top.
7. Let stand, it will be hot! Top with salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, anything you like!
