Ingredients ( 1-2 )

  • *2 eggs
  • *1 can flavoured tuna
  • *1/2 onion (sliced)
  • *1-2 pcs cucumber pickles (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil for frying

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients marked with * into a bowl and mix well until blended
  2. Preheat the frying pan
  3. Fry the eggs (mixed with other ingredients) from step 1 in the frying pan with slow fire
  4. Turn the eggs on the other side and finish frying.
  5. Suit to be served with rice
