salad - it's fresh, delicious and light and it's my favourite

Ingredients ( 4 )
- Crispy green lettace, 2 x Sliced granny smith apples 1 X Avo 1/2 x packet Almonds, Cubed cheddar cheeze (as much as you prefer) and a tin of mussels (optional) a dash of vinager and a small pack Italian salad dressing - yumm, there it is!
Directions
- Keep everything pretty chunky and plain, It makes it taste better! This salad compliments grilled chops, braai's
