Divide the dough into 12 portions. Bench time for 10 minutes
Shape each portion into a cone as in the picture
Roll each cone into 30-35cm length. Then roll it as in the picture
Let it rise double then brush top lightly with egg yolk

Do you have any suggestions on using raisins and caraway seeds in a bread machine. They get pulverized when I make raisin bread and rye bread!

Usually, i`m just follow the instruction from bread machine to add somethings into it. When it is the time, my bread machine will ring and i will add raisins or other things into the machine.
However, i think that to avoid the raisin from being pulverized, why don`t you just add it after the bread machine had finished dough cycle and the dough had been removed from the machine. I means before you punch down the air after removed it from bread machine you just add in the raisins or other things that you like it.
