Ingredients ( 8 )
- *250g bread flour
- *5g instant coffee
- *30g butter
- *1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
- *30g sugar
- *160ml fresh milk (40 degree celcius)
- *1 teaspoon salt
- Egg and sugar for topping
Directions
- Add all ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine.
- When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
- Divide the dough into 8 portions. Bench time for 15 minutes
- For each portion, roll it then shape into a ball.
- Let it rise double. Then rub the surface of each ball with the egg.
- Incise the middle of the bread surface with a knife
- Sprinkle the sugar on the top of each bread
- Bake at 180 degree for about 10 minutes
